Beeps burger has been here as long as I can remember if you know this place than you probably know Vikings sub sandwiches I have been going here for a long time but haven't ate here for over 20years but the burger is just as good as then very tasty bread is nice and soft lettuce crunch in every bite for got the sauce so ask for the sauce, the onion rings no picture but are to die for !! Service was excellent can get crowed at different times so patience, they have couple of bar stools and a bench but this is grab and go or eat and go quick but the beep sign is still standing.

Finally ate here. And it was worth it. Everything is ala carte. 1/4 burger, $8.75 comes with fresh sliced tomatos, fresh leaf lettuce, quality meat and bun. This burger was not mass produced and tasted like quality. Small fries, $5.75 and they taste like potatoes, not salty, real potato flavor from real potatoes with skin on. yum! I did not get a soft drink. Milk shakes are $6.75. Other stuff to choose from like fish n' chips, etc. It does take a good 12 minutes for your order to be ready. Don't be in a rush.

I loved: $9 1/4th Beep's Burger $6 Curly Fries I liked: $6 Garlic Fries This smash burger has great breading, and an incredible bite. The ingredients are very pronounced and flavorful. Fries are super crispy #goodeats and even better when you cross the street and add the sauce from Pakwan Restaurant Service is efficient and straightforward. Simply place your order at the counter, and your bugers are ready within minutes. It's refreshing to see these retro-style eateries still thriving, particularly when they maintain such high food quality. The nostalgic atmosphere adds a unique charm to the overall dining experience.

Beep's Burgers, an iconic burger joint in San Francisco, has been a cherished landmark on Ocean Avenue since its establishment in 1962, renowned for its nostalgic drive-in experience and exceptional burgers. When I was a little girl in the 70s, being bussed to John McLaren Elementary School from the Sunset District, I would pass by Beep's Burgers daily. Each glimpse out of the bus window filled me with longing and the promise of future visits. I vowed that when I grew up, I will eat at Beep's. Fast forward to 2024, and I have been a dedicated regular at Beep's Burgers for a long time now. My husband and I often indulge in the 1/4 lb Beep's Burger with cheddar cheese. These burgers are crafted from 100% Angus beef, free from hormones and antibiotics. The beef is freshly ground and cooked to a perfect medium, creating a juicy and flavorful burger. Topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and Beep's special sauce, all nestled in soft buns, these burgers deliver a classic taste that is simply fantastic. Our meal is incomplete without the wonderful curly fries and a rich chocolate milkshake. The curly fries are perfectly seasoned, offering a satisfying crunch that complements the juicy burgers. The chocolate milkshake is a luxurious treat, creamy and rich, perfectly rounding off our meal. Dining at Beep's is not just about the food; it's an experience. The value is exceptional, especially when compared to the likes of McDonald's and Nations. Though parking can be a bit of a challenge, the effort is well worth it for the superior quality and nostalgic charm that Beep's Burgers consistently delivers. Beep's remains a treasured spot in San Francisco, blending great food with fond memories.

I love it! Huge on the customer service and I've been very pleased every time. It is an outside burger joint and in San Francisco where the fog can sneak up, stay cozy. It's loud while waiting if you're not sitting in your car. Parking is a bit tough but they do have a parking lot and parking all along the street. Be vigilant. I love the veggie burger, so so tasty and no rubbery taste or feel to the patty. I also get the onion rings and let me tell you, they are made right! There is actually an onion in there! Everyone always recommends their other burgers but I can't do it, it isn't for me. But give it a go for yourself

It's a classic, old-school burger experience. Basically a drive-in. No indoor seating and ordering from a window. All in the parking lot. It sounds harsh, especially given the fog in the neighborhood, but there's a charm about doing it "the way grandpa did" haha. The burger itself is solid. Fresh veggies, a good bun, a meaty burger patty with melted cheese. Lots of good options for sides, though they are on the small side. It can get busy at dinner time, around 6 pm, even on a cold weeknight.

Beeps is beeping. I get the hype about this burger - it's no fuss, you literally get what you ask for. Got the 1/4 lb with pickles and onions (grilled and raw) and a side of onion rings. My friend got the 1/2 lb and side of garlic fries. I'd come back for the burger and garlic fries (better garlic flavor (more like a sauce/paste than the ones you get at a Giants game). Onion rings were eh, batter was too thick? A few stools around with a metal counter to sit and eat and one park bench like plastic table on the side. If you're lucky, you'll snag a parking spot in the small lot and can eat away from the wind!

Finally got the chance to stop by here again with my roommates and this place still lives up to the hype - this still stands out as the best burger I've had in the Bay Area so far. One thing of note from this visit that I hadn't tried before - the garlic fries are delicious. They are coated in a garlic and herb sauce that permeates through every fry while the fries stay crispy

Beep's is a solid burger joint if you really want a classic burger with the soft bun reminiscent of the retro days. I had the 1/4 lb burger with American cheese. Their house sauce goes so well with the just right smashed patty and melty cheese. I found it too salty but I found out it was the cheese. The juices work well together. I forgot to ask for pickles and onions, so I'll get that next time. Curly fries were standard and sadly seemed lukewarm to cold. Other people's garlic fries smelled fresher so I might get that in the future. Portions were filling and the burger is delicious from start to finish. I just recommend eating it fresh!
